Took about 15 minutes to get our food, plus I watched them give us a piece that didn't have a lot of batter but not a big deal tbh. Pretty big pieces of chicken, seasoned and really tender. Gravy was good, mashed potatoes were alright. I liked the fries

Even though it took 25mins after ordering to receive food, the food what hot & fresh. Me & my family will definitely be going back. 10/10

Came here for the first time at this location. My family and I love Jollibees. We always order the Yumburgers, Spaghetti and Fried Chicken, a 6pc Bucket of Chicken, and the Mango Peach Pie and the Ube Pie. Every is so hot, juicy, crispy, and/or flavorful. It is a bit pricey, but you get quality food. The Pineapple Quencher drink is always delicious and the Mango Freeze was amazing. The staff are friendly and fast. Lots of parking and a decent amount of tables to dine at.

Love everything from Jollibee. Chicken is great whether regular or spice. Spaghetti has the traditional sweeter sauce and the other Filipino dishes and sides are all excellent. Burgers even hit different. But to finish it off you have to try the Ube or the peach/mango pies.

Jollibee Arlington, Texas – Honest Review 🇵🇭🐝 This wasn’t our first time eating at this Jollibee location in Arlington, but unfortunately it was our first time leaving disappointed—not because of the food, but because of the customer service. Jollibee is all about joy… being “jolly.” As a Filipino, that name carries warmth, hospitality, and making guests feel welcome. Growing up in the Philippines, before you even finish ordering, you’ve already heard “Welcome,” “Thank you,” and warm greetings multiple times. It’s part of the Jollibee experience. Sadly, that wasn’t what we felt here today. The female staff at the front and even the manager in the back seemed dry, uninterested, and honestly looked like they didn’t want to be there. No warm greeting, no smile, no “thank you for dining with us”—just a very different energy from what we’ve experienced at other locations. For comparison, we’ve been to the Plano, Dallas, and Houston Jollibee locations, and those places still carry that joyful and welcoming spirit. This Arlington location is also a little different—they serve mac & cheese and more American-style side dishes, and they don’t offer palabok. Honestly, menu differences a
